Unless otherwise stated in that agreement, invoices are due as specified, and continued provision of services may depend on timely payment. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee in 90 days or less — or you don’t pay. The specific terms, conditions, and any requirements of this guarantee are described in your engagement agreement, which governs how the guarantee applies to your project.

Intellectual Property

Our website, branding, and original materials are the property of TikTrendz Digital LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ownership and licensing of content we create for a client are addressed in the applicable engagement agreement. You retain ownership of materials you provide to us and grant us the rights necessary to perform the services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TikTrendz Digital LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim. Our services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated in a signed agreement.
